Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:
Allegis is currently seeking a motivated self starter to perform VMI services working directly with our customer at their location in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will possess good problem solving skills, the ability to multi task, detail oriented, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. A minimum of 2-4 years of past work experience in customer service, sales and/or purchasing. B.A. or B.S. degree is preferred but not required. Must be reliable, dependable and able to work unsupervised. Candidates need to be computer savvy with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Position Requirements:
• Provide customer service, inventory management, and sales support.
• Audit, order, replenish and manage product flow within the customer’s production facility.
• Ability to perform physical functions of lift0ting boxes up to 50 lbs. and putting away product to customer specific locations once a week.
• 5S POU locations of Allegis product weekly. Identify and communicate opportunities for storage improvement.
• Analyze and manage product flow of POU locations using Allegis systems and technology.
• Perform customer service functions of order entry and administration using Allegis systems and technology, Answer customer email and phone requests, provide sales support and solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
• Identify and communicate product and service growth opportunities to Allegis.
• Address and communicate quality issues and expedite requests.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet expectations of assigned duties
• Demonstrate, support and foster a philosophy of continuous improvement through the application and use of “Lean” concepts.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
