The First Nations of Northern Manitoba Child Family Services Authority is responsible for administering and providing for the delivery of Child and Family Services to twenty-seven First Nation communities through seven mandated First Nations CFS agencies including Designated Intake Agencies.

The Associate Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) assists the CEO in overseeing the operations of The First Nations of Northern Manitoba Child and Family Services Authority and ensuring the delivery of statutory services established by legislation (The Child and Family Services Act, The Child and Family Services Authorities Act and Regulations, and The Adoptions Act) and for related voluntary services established by government policy.

The ACEO reports to the Chief Executive Officer and has the primary responsibility for carrying out issues management within the Authority. This includes overseeing emerging issues in the following areas: Standing Committee, Case Management, Community Issues and HR issues as directed by the CEO.
