Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• Master of Education Degree or equivalent.

• Possession of or qualifications required for a Manitoba School Administrator\\\‘s Certificate Level 1 and Level 2.

• Evidence of successful teaching and high school administrative experience.

• Evidence of leadership skills in curriculum implementation, programming and school climate.

• Evidence of leadership skills in personnel supervision and evaluation.

• A demonstrated ability to work with people in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to work with diverse groups in order to develop a common, forward-thinking vision for the school.

• Commitment to Aboriginal, Cross Cultural and Anti-Racist education.

R. D. Parker Collegiate is a comprehensive high school offering a wide variety of programming to 1000 students from Thompson and outlying communities.

The salary range including Administrative allowance is $97,900 – $118,400.00 and excellent benefits package and moving allowance.
