- Provide Administrative support for General Manager/General Sales Manager:
- Administration of National Creative
- Create and package sales proposals
- Process client credit card and cheque payments
- Coordination of catered meetings and events, including staff lunches
- Manage and reconcile all office “Contra”
- Order all office supplies and maintain supply cupboard
- Research qualitative data and prepare presentations
- Deal with all wireless inquiries – order new cell phones, set up travel packages, set up packages for staff as required
- Administration of Invoicing and generation of Purchase orders, liase with Accounts Payable
- Reconcile management expenses
- Code, copy and courier cheques to Head Office.
- Assist Business Manager with reports as required.
- Post monthly Financial Statement and GL’s
- Maintain impressed account and petty cash; prepare cheques, reconciliations and reimbursements
- Supply monthly taxable benefit report to business manager.
- Time and Attendance administration
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline with 3-5 years experience
- Excellent interpersonal and oral / written communication skills
- Pro-active team player with an eagerness to learn new skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Previous proven experience with marketing / research required.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
- Solid understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities.
