Vita Health Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality natural health products and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. With over 70 years experience in pharmaceuticals, we are seeking one dynamic individual to join our Management Systems Team.
The PC Desktop Technician will assist users with technical support on desktop computers and applications, and related technology. The job responsibilities include hardware configuration and deployment, desktop applications and installations, creating and maintaining user profiles and security access. The PC Desktop Technician will also maintain and support the company’s backup solution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years work experience within a LAN/WAN environment. Experience with setup, configuration, and managing MS Windows environments and understanding of key networking concepts and technology are required. Strong understanding of CommVault Backup Software would be an asset. Candidates must be familiar with MS Active Directory, MS Office, MS Sharepoint, and Citrix. The ability to provide off-hours support is necessary.
