Central Manitoba Railway (CEMR), a shortline railway situated in Winnipeg, has an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor. The Supervisor provides overall guidance, leadership and direction to the employees responsible for train and terminal operation.

The successful candidate will develop daily and weekly operating plans, coordinate train crew activities, manage customer relationships, and assist in the development and management of budgets, service plans, and staffing plans. Top candidates will have a minimum five (5) years experience working in a railway environment and have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a leadership capacity. Understanding of managing a collective agreement is an asset.
